Using your new PrismLD unlimited long distance service is as simple as 1-2-3:

1.To make a call from home, dial 1-877-928-3222. You will hear a voice prompt. Dial 1 + the area code and number you wish to call. You can program this number into your speed dial function; just refer to your telephone manual for instructions.

2.To make a call away from your home phone, keep the peel-away card with you and simply dial 1-866-320-3733. You will be prompted to enter your pin number, after which you will dial 1 + the area code and number you are calling.

3.Please remove the card and keep it with you. Use it to make ALL of your long distance calls away from home.

How To Send A Card Holder A Message:

1.Call in on the toll free number (866-704-2615).

2.Enter your party's voice mail number.

To call this party, press 1
To leave a message, press 2

3.Hear users greeting message (or generic if not recorded).

4.Leave message and hang up or listen to options.
To review message, press 1
To re-record message, press 2
To save message, press 3

Your message will now be sent.

How The Card Holder Retrieves His Message:

1.User calls in, using your normal toll free number.
If calling from your home phone and if there are any voice messages
you will hear, "You have X # of voice mail messages"
If calling from away you enter your pin number and if there are any
voice messages you will hear, "You have X # of voice mail messages".

2.Instead of entering your destination number, enter #1# which takes you
to the voice mail menu.

3.Follow the prompts to hear messages OR change your greeting message.
To listen to messages press 1
To here your greeting press 2
To change your greeting press 3
To exit press 4
You have xx messages
To replay message press 1
To save message press 2
To delete this message press 3
Follow the prompts to hear messages and change your greeting message.
